OXFORD, MS - National Processing sells sales offices

National Processing Co. said yesterday that it has sold 14 regional offices to three independent sales organizations.

National Processing, the Louisville provider of merchant credit- and debit-card processing services, said it was expanding its relationship with the independent sales organizations as it concentrates on its regional growth strategy.

The company said it sold the offices to DiamondCard Int'l of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., Security Check LLC of Oxford, Miss., and Universal Debit & Credit of Annadale, Va. The remaining NPC sales offices are within the six-state National City Corp. marketing area. National City owns 85 percent of National Processing Inc.
