Security Check Buys Offices

OXFORD, MS - National Processing Company, LLC (NPC), a Louisville, Ky.-based provider of merchant credit and debit card processing, has expanded its partnership with Security Check, LLC, as well as two other of NPC's independent sales organizations (ISOs), to grow its U.S. regional merchant business.

Effective as of last month, NPC sold 14 regional sales offices to Security Check, DiamondCard INternational of Ranho Cucmonga, Calif., and Universal Debit and Credit of Annadale, Virginia. The remaining NPC regional sales offices are located within the six-state National City Corporation footprint, an 85% shareholder of National Processing Inc., which is the parent company of NPC.
